Energy Boost
Energy boost was introduced to reduce the stress and burden of heavy users due to excessive exercise time.
The exercise time is reduced by the energy boost applied, and the additional points are obtained by the increased energy consumption. However, since SWEAT is calculated based on exercise time, not energy, the SWEAT acquisition does not increase.
e.g. If the user receive 130% effect of energy boost with group 41 to 45 shoes, the exercise time of the user who originally exercised for 400 minutes will be reduced by 23.25% to about 307 minutes. (0.2 energy per min -> 0.2*130% energy per min)
There is no disadvantage to the user due to comfort stat because the energy consumption reduction and the energy boost are made up of different logic.

The energy boost obtained by each method is applied as a combined operation.
Example)
Acquisition by the number of shoes or maximum energy: 130%
Acquisition by the Title effect: 10%
Acquisition by the use of boost items: 100%
β 130+10+100 = 240%
A total of 240% boost is applied. Therefore, if 0.2 energy was consumed per minute, 0.48 energy is consumed per minute when the boost is applied.
Boost On/Off
Boost off function is available for users who want to exercise more or get more SWEAT.

Check boost effect
Press the Info button at the top left of the home screen to see the boost and various capabilities currently in effect.
